With 20 years of international experience, Anita Dullard is a proactive leader in energy governance, international development, and strategic policy advocacy. 

Most recently, Anita provided operational strategy for Australia’s flagship Partnerships for Infrastructure program in Southeast Asia. Anita worked across country portfolios to provide government engagement on renewable energy integration, regulatory reform, maritime decarbonisation, and sustainable infrastructure finance. 

Her background includes leadership positions at prominent international organisations, including the International Red Cross, with a focus on climate adaptation, environmental sustainability, and humanitarian innovation across Asia, Europe, West Africa, and the Pacific.
